a fantastic stay

friendly staff clean room comfy bed

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was always cleaned to perfection and had everything i needed. i especially appreciated the lovely smelling soap and the selection of tea bags. the refills of water bottles in the fridge were convenient and the bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in.

the room did not have a very big window, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. i also noticed some stains under the sink in the bathroom. marks on the sheets. the area with the kettle looked a little tired and shabby.

the hotel is very central and handy to the train station. it made transportation very simple. this proximity is especially useful for travelers (like me) who need quick access to transport links.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming, it lacked variety and the pastries tasted stale. the room cleaning was also inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the toiletries. we loved the pool. but the gym equipment was old and some machines were out of service

The hotel is close to the train station which was convenient.

The cooked breakfast was cold which was disappointing. staff members seemed disinterested. I saw them standing around with their hands in their pockets. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed standard.

big window quiet room quick resolution

the room had a big window showing the street. the room also felt quiet which i appreciated. the air conditioning did not work at first, but staff quickly resolved it.

the hotel only provided instant coffee in the room.

super clean room convenient location nearby bus unhelpful staff rude manager slow service

The room was super clean. The location is GREAT! It is a two minute walk from the train station. A bus stop nearby takes you to the city center.

Certain members of staff were very unhelpful with simple issues. The manager could not handle issues and was very rude to customers. The chef being too busy meant people waited an hour for a salad. This was outrageous!
