a fantastic stay

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was always cleaned to perfection and had everything i needed. i especially appreciated the lovely smelling soap and the selection of tea bags. the refills of water bottles in the fridge were convenient and the bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in.

the room did not have a very big window, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. i also noticed some stains under the sink in the bathroom. marks on the sheets. the area with the kettle looked a little tired and shabby.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming, it lacked variety and the pastries tasted stale. the room cleaning was also inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the toiletries. we loved the pool. but the gym equipment was old and some machines were out of service

The room was super clean. The location is GREAT! It is a two minute walk from the train station. A bus stop nearby takes you to the city center.

Certain members of staff were very unhelpful with simple issues. The manager could not handle issues and was very rude to customers. The chef being too busy meant people waited an hour for a salad. This was outrageous!
